Cool. I am at 23K miles now. Will stick with it probably for the near future.

2011 SEL - At 195K miles the left rear bearing finally failed (noise). Repair was pretty straight forward DIY, along the lines of changing brakes.

My 2014 Ford Police Interceptor Sedan ( AKA Taurus )

Bought by me in 2016 with 30,000 miles. Just had oil changes up until I took ownership.

New battery at 40,000 miles.

New tires at 50,000 miles

Now at 59,000 miles and needs a new Power Take Off ( PTO ) for the trans as it lost reverse. Ford has owned up and is actually paying for half of the repair work, since my Ford Extended Powertrain warranty expired literally days before this happened. Should have the car back Friday. VERY expensive repair.
