Low oil alarm/clicking sound in heater 2010 Taurus SHO

Post by luvemhot »

Good morning all
The low oil alarm has been going off when the car is first started. Oil was checked and full. Changed the oil and now it is alarm more. Any idea of how to fix this? Also when I shut the heater off it has a clicking sound , maybe like door hitting a stop in the heater. This just started last month. How would I stop that.
Thanks for all your help
Keith

Perhaps it's telling you that you have low oil pressure, not quantity. I'm not sure, check the owners manual.

The clicking could be a bad blend door actuator.
