2006 taurus: P0351, P0352, P0353

Hi everyone,
I have a 2006 ford Taurus. For the most part, this car has been a champ. The car starts up fine, but throws the following codes:

P0351: Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit
P0352: Ignition Coil B Primary/ Secondary Circuit
P0353: Ignition Coil C Primary/ Secondary Circuit

Cylinder 2 Misfire Detected
Cylinder 3 Misfire Detected

I plan on doing the work myself. So, I am not in any huge hurry. Like I said, the car will start all the time without any trouble. It runs very rough and the power is limited. I was thinking of replacing of the ignition coil pack and then see how it runs. Any thoughts?

Update: I did replace the coil pack, cleared the codes and they didn't come back yet.

UPDATE 2: I took the car into work today. All of the codes are gone. The idle is still a bit rough. But, the car does seem to be fine at the higher speeds. I was able to get up to 80 mphs on the interstate with no problems. I replaced the air filter over lunch. That didn't seem to help. The idle is rough, but the RPMs seem to be fine and steady around 800 after the intial start up.
