Where does this wire connect?

Post by rayj803 » Mon Sep 09, 2019 8:20 pm

I installed an high pressure power steering hose on my 2000 Sable with the OHV engine. When I was finished I attempted to satrt the car alll the dash lights and stuff comes on but the starter does not turn . the battery is charged. So with further investigation I realized this wire is not connected to anything, Please take a look at the photos

It may be power to the starter relay; if the wire was frayed before you replaced the hose, it may simply have snapped when/if you pushed on it.
